Our Story Unfolds

From a simple idea in 2018 to empowering thousands of aspiring entrepreneurs across Canada

2018

The Beginning

Maximilian Carver noticed something troubling during his years as a financial consultant in Toronto. Young professionals kept asking the same questions about starting businesses, but formal education rarely addressed practical entrepreneurship. After countless coffee meetings explaining basic concepts, he realized there had to be a better way.

Digital Transformation

When the pandemic hit, we made a pivotal decision that changed everything. Instead of closing down, we moved our entire program online within three weeks. What seemed like a crisis became our breakthrough moment. Students could now join from anywhere in Canada, and our interactive online modules proved even more effective than in-person seminars.

Community Growth

Our students started something we never expected - they began forming local meetup groups. From Vancouver to Halifax, xenariqthos alumni were connecting, sharing experiences, and supporting each other's ventures. We formalized this into our Community Network program, which now includes monthly virtual sessions and regional partnerships.

Recognition & Expansion

The Ontario Small Business Association recognized xenariqthos as "Outstanding Educational Resource" in late 2024. More importantly, we launched our advanced modules covering digital marketing and sustainable business practices. These weren't just add-ons - they represented years of listening to what our community actually needed to succeed in modern markets.

The People Behind xenariqthos

Our leadership team brings together decades of real-world experience in entrepreneurship, education, and community building. But more than credentials, they share a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

Maximilian Carver

Founder & Lead Instructor

Before starting xenariqthos, Max spent twelve years helping established businesses optimize their operations. He holds a CPA designation and has guided over 200 startups through their early challenges. What sets him apart isn't just his technical knowledge - it's his ability to explain complex concepts in ways that actually make sense. Students often say his real-world examples finally made business planning click for them.

Evelyn Thornfield

Chief Executive Officer

Evelyn joined xenariqthos in 2021 after running operations for a tech startup that grew from 5 to 150 employees. She understands the growing pains of scaling a business because she's lived them. Her focus on student success metrics and program improvement has helped increase our completion rates by 40%. She also leads our partnership initiatives with local business incubators across Canada.
