Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Course fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments through secure processors.

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of course enrollment. Refunds are processed at our discretion and may be subject to administrative fees. Courses that have been substantially completed are not eligible for refunds.

• Payment is required before access to course materials
• All transactions are processed securely
• Refund requests must include valid reasons
• Processing time for approved refunds is 5-10 business days

Privacy and Data Protection

Our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever including but not limited to a breach of these terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may discontinue using the service and contact us to close your account. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

Governing Law

These terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
